Complete ignition tune-up kit for Yamaha RD400. Includes, condensor, 2 contact point sets and lubrication. Note: Due to changes in Yamaha production, the 1979 RD400F Daytona was fitted with either RD350 points or RD400 points. RD350 style points slide over a center peg on the plate, RD400 style points have a peg on the back of the points. If you cannot determine which style points your Daytona has, please contact us at 224-430-7971. If your Daytona uses the style points that slide over an existing peg, then order RD350 ignition tune up kit, part no 634-204. Note: This item is not eligible for discount or special promotion.

- This system is an add on to the Vape/Powerdynamo/MZB RD street ignition giving you the ability to have dynamic timing and other features on your RD,R5,DS6/7 and early liquid cooled TZ250’s. This system only works with the Vape/Powerdynamo/MZB ignition. It does not work with stock magneto/points/condenser type ignitions. To use this system you must first upgrade your stock RD,R5, DS6/7 stock ignition to the Vape/MZB/Powerdynamo street CDI ignition, also available here on the site. It does not work with the Racing version of the ignition
